In addition to common loan documents, I know how to fill out a PCOR, documents for reverse mortgages, HELOC, and other less common documents. I meticulously go over each and every document to ensure that signatures, dates, and initials are complete and properly filled out. I also triple check key documents such as the Notice of Right to Cancel and 1003 to ensure they are filled out properly. I make sure all signatures and dates are neat and legible.
