I'm a full-time notary signing agent with over 180 signings completed across multiple platforms. I'm LLS Certified and have also taken several Notary Stars training classes to stay sharp and up-to-date.

My goal is simple: to make your job easier by making sure every signing goes smoothly. I double-check forms for completeness (especially those tricky ones like the 1003, HUD, and 4056), and I always follow instructions carefully.

I bring a mobile scanner to every appointment so you can get documents back right away, and I’m familiar with local FedEx and UPS cutoff times to help avoid delays. I'm available days, nights, and weekends, and I have no problem rolling with last-minute changes.

If something goes wrong (which I work hard to avoid!), I take full responsibility and fix it quickly—on my dime.
