Hello! I have completed over 100 signings across multiple platforms, involving 1-4 signers. I am LLS Certified and currently enrolled in Notary Stars courses to further enhance my knowledge and training.

I understand that my job is to make yours easier, and I strive to ensure that each signing is flawless. I will make sure the signers fill out any incomplete forms, and I am familiar with common errors to watch for, including those on the 1003, HUD loan application, and 4056. I will also carefully follow your instructions.

I have a mobile scanner, so you’ll receive the documents back ASAP. The FedEx cutoff is 4 p.m. for Nationwide deliveries and 5 p.m. for your West Coast clients. I am available full-time, including nights and weekends. I will ask questions if needed and can adapt to last-minute changes. If an error occurs, I will prioritize resolving it immediately and at my own cost.
