I’m Becca Pierce, the face your company needs for all your notarial and signing needs. At Pierce Mobile Notary, I offer a range of services including General Mobile Notary Work, Loan Signings, Courier Services, Fingerprinting, and Remote Online Notary.

After leaving a corporate leadership role to embark on my own business journey, I’ve brought with me extensive experience in executing contracts, documents, multi-signer packets, and more. My background in customer service, combined with my organizational, business, and problem-solving skills, positions me as a reliable and professional notary.

Though I am relatively new to the notary and loan signing field, I have successfully completed every assignment to date. I am rapidly learning through hands-on experience, training courses, and guidance from mentors. My approach includes thorough research and preemptive questions to ensure smooth and efficient signings. I have completed Notary Basics with Oregon SOS, NSA Certification with NNA, and RON training and certification with Oregon SOS, BlueNotary, and OneNotary.

I am equipped with background checks cleared by NNA and ClearStar, a $1 million E&O policy, dual-tray laser printer, high-speed scanner, laptop, smartphone with hotspot, and a reliable vehicle with power.
