I pay attention to detail, take my time with clients, and make sure to triple check all documents for signatures, initials, stamps and correct dates, paying special attention to forms like the Notice of Right to Cancel and the 1003 to ensure they are filled out correctly. I also have the clients fill out all forms in the loan documents.

I understand the importance of timeliness is this industry, therefore, I show up to appointments on time and will prioritize Fed Ex drops over double stacking appointments .

On the rare occasion that an error occurs in the documents, I will take care of it promptly.
