I am a notary who is at the beginning of a career as a loan signing agent. I have a well practiced attention to detail as I have worked in regulatory affairs for approximately 12 years. I am very practiced in how to review and complete each document in all types of loan signings including reverse mortgages. I triple check dates, signatures and initials but also have the ability to explain each document is complete and I can explain each document in the loan package to the borrower. I know how to triple check completion of the Notice of Right to Cancel Form and the 1003 to ensure they are completed correctly.
I know that we are all human and that occasionally I or a borrower may make an error during the signing, but when notified that something needs to be corrected, I will immediately drop what I'm doing and correct the error, with the full intention of avoiding any closing conditions.

I know that getting the documents signed and returned are of the utmost priority and will always prioritize getting documents dropped off as soon as possible. I know how to find all local FedEx offices and I can keep you informed throughout the entire process.
