I am detail oriented and lend a high level of attention to ensure that no signing concludes without being notarized or fully executed. I am thorough and skillful in supporting the clients' needs where uncertainty may arise at any signing or closing table. I am well organized and expeditious in returning all escrow, lender and title documents for processing, in order to meet all deadlines on time. I have the capability of receiving e-docs, e-faxes' and other electronic requests. I handle signings services for title companies, banking institutions, lenders, veterans and others for purchase, refinance, modifications, trusts, HELOC's, and a variety of other requests. I am not a licensed attorney and am unable to provide legal advice on immigration or any other legal matter. I maintain Errors and Omissions Insurance of over $25K. I am trained on all new laws and regulations. I am available for same day, evening, late-night and weekend signings. I provide signing services to all of the South Bay, Greater Los Angeles, and surrounding areas with professionalism and a smile.
