- I will facilitate the loan signing process, by walking the borrower through the important loan documents: closing statement, note, deed

- I will ensure all loan document signatures, initials and dates are accurate and legible (knowing the common errors made).
- I will return the loan documents immediately during business hours or first thing the next morning.
- If on the rare occasion an error was made, I will make it a priority and fix it ASAP.
- I have a dual-tray printer as well as scan-back capabilities. Have the ability to Remote Online Notarizations (RON) using the Doc Verified
and Snapdoc platforms.
