I have done over 1,300 loans between snapdocs and bancserv with a 1/3 of them being commercial. I am located in SW Portland, on the edge of Lake Oswego. I have a good knowledge base with many lenders and can easily summarize the pages for clients to help them get a general understanding quickly and comfortably. I speak passable Spanish and can usually make it through Spanish heavy signings by using other words.
