I diligently go through every document to verify that signatures, dates, initials and blanks are complete and filled out properly. I also triple check that critical documents, such as the Notice of Right to Cancel and 1003, are filled out correctly. Documents will be returned promptly and before the cut off times at all FedEx and UPS drop locations. If by chance a mistake is made, I will fix it for you immediately.
