With my attention to detail, I will go over each and every document to make sure no signatures, dates, and initials are missed. Also, reviewing documents to ensure all are properly filled out, Statement of Information, PCOR, Trust Certification, Power of Attorney, 1003, and Notice of Right to Cancel. If there is any mistake or issues with a signing, it will get my immediate attention and I will resolve it for you ASAP.

At the completion of the signing, the documents will be returned promptly and on time. I know all my local FedEx/UPS drop off times and you will be informed throughout the whole process.
