I have witnessed many signatures on documents requiring notarization, including real estate, structured settlement presentations, debt mitigation, I-9 Forms for employment verification, Powers of Attorney and related documents. You will need to present valid identification for me to notarize your signature on the document(s) at hand. It is best to wait and sign in my presence.

General Notary Requests: It is necessary for me to identify the type of document you have (affidavit, deed, power of attorney, etc.). I do not need to read it in its entirety. However, all pages of the document must be presented, and, in most cases, all blanks must be completed. I will glance through your document to note its type, its completeness, and type of notarization required. It is my responsibility to properly identify you, witness your signature and place you under oath if required. I am not responsible for the content of your document.

Lenders, Title & Escrow: You will find me professional in manner, reliable and thorough.
Experience from my experience with a commercial real estate development, brokerage, and property management firm to the present allows me to provide excellent service for real estate matters including refinance, purchase and sales packages, home equity lines of credit, deeds, subordination agreements, loan modifications, and other relevant documents.

Borrowers: Before leaving our signing appointment, I will take the time to carefully review your documents for completeness - to ensure blanks have been filled, boxes have been checked, proper signatures, initials, dates and so forth are in place, prior to concluding our appointment. Please allow additional time for this. Incomplete documents may delay the processing of your loans at their destinations, including expiration of rate locks and timely funding; therefore, this final review is very important to ensure we did not overlook any essential detail.
