I’ve done thousands of signings primarily in Real Estate Closing Documents, but also including POAs, Wills, Affidavits, Jet Transfers, Adoption Papers, and more. I’m located in West Linn, Oregon and work in Multnomah, Clackamas, Washington, Columbia, Marion, and Yamhill counties.

My charge is $10 per signature, plus a travel fee starting at $50 and increasing if the signing location is more than 30 minutes from my office. I can generally accommodate same-day signings.
