Hello I am Darien Entzminger and I am from Allentown, PA. I have less than a year experience. I have received my NNA certification and my background check with $1 million Error and Omissions insurance. Also received training from Mark Wills' Loan Signing System. I am training not to make errors with notarial acts, the right to cancel, knowledge of how to guide borrowers through documents such as the note, payment statement and closing statement (which sums up the borrowers main question and/r concerns). Always put the borrowers first and will do as needed knowing that even as a independent contractor to be a great representative for the escrow and title companies, signing services and lenders.
