I have been closing mortgage loans for over 17 years,
Including purchases, refi's, heloc's, I closed many loans as a title agent before this era of the signing agents, I have no problem explaining the procedure with loan documents and can usually find the answer to any question the borrowers may have. I never had a loan that didn't close after going out to their home. I am very knowledgeable because of my experiences closing thousands of loans since 2001. I always go the extra mile to drop in fedex driving to the airport if need be :)
