Because a smooth signing is important ; because leaving blanks, missing signatures, stamps, or initials, or poor quality prints can easily be prevented. I am detail oriented and I triple check my work.
The documents in hands are important: no funding conditions should happen, scans should be sent in a timely manner, and documents dropped off at Fedex on time. Should an adverse occurrence happen, I would be on it, making it my absolute priority.
Because the clients matter, I am happy to use my soft skills and good energy to make the best representation in a signing. If clients are at ease and feel comfortable signing the documents with an educated notary, it makes everyone look good and professional.
