I’m Heather Kovach, a Pennsylvania Notary Public since 2006 and certified Loan Signing Agent, and the owner of Noted by Heather. I provide mobile notary and loan signing services throughout Butler County and surrounding areas, along with remote online notarization.
I bring a professional, personable approach with a focus on accuracy, clear communication, and careful handling of confidential documents. I have a dual-tray laser printer for letter- and legal-size documents. Appointments are available by arrangement, including most evenings and weekends.
Professional service, personally noted.
You'll receive an email containing Heather's contact information so the two of you can work together on a signing.
