In my early years I managed high-end retail stores dealing with customers and everyday issues. I learned an important skill, that was true customer service. The customer services that will keep everyone happy and coming back. After retail I then spent 17 years working in the advertising industry selling TV, radio, newspaper and digital marketing to local businesses all over the tri-state area. The skills I learned from my experience there was setting up appointments, giving presentations and closing. I built my success off of being trustworthy and reliable.
