I am a mobile notary service that has recently added loan signings to there service list. My biggest recommendation is that I am an odd hours notary my focus is not the normal 9 am to 5 pm it is more for those people who want their signings at midnight because they work two jobs or those that just need someone on Saturday because there is no other time to have help. I primarily work in Allegheny & Butler Counties but I will go up to 50 miles outside of that for an additional fee.
