I am a commissioned Notary Public in Pennsylvania as well as New Jersey, certified through the National Notary Association (NNA). I served clients for over 8 years through Greater Lehigh
Valley Notary which has a 4.6 rating from 29 Google reviews.

Eduard besides meeting in his home office he also specializes in mobile notary work and loan
signings, and travels up to 35 miles to meet signers where they are - including medical facilities.,
which many notaries will not deal with. He also handles apostille requests, powers of attorney,
wills and trusts, medical directives, vehicle title transfer, I-9 verifications, school forms and
many more.

The office and his vehicle have multiple laser printers and scanners.

Why he stands out? His thorough knowledge of PA and NJ notary laws, his flexibility and ability
to work in any environment.

Greater Lehigh Valley is known within the banking/title industry for closing complex files
whether pre-planned or last-minute.

If you want your files closed without a hitch I am your partner.

Continued education in the field of LSA/NSA is important to me.
