With 1800 loan packages signed, I can truly say that I've enjoyed meeting and working with people to complete the final steps of their loan process. I have signed refinances, purchases/seller packages, cash purchases, HELOCs, reverse mortgages, single document signings. Timeliness, courtesy and accuracy are hallmarks of my work. When last minute challenges arise (late documents, last minute schedule changes, special needs, etc.) I remain flexible at all times to meet the needs of my clients. I'm available for hospital and jail signings in addition to in-home appointments. I am NNA certified, Snapdocs verified and carry E&O insurance through BiBerk.
I cover the following Pennsylvania Counties: Crawford, Mercer, Lawrence, Beaver, Allegheny, Washington, Butler and Venango. I'm available Monday -Saturday 7:00am-9:00pm.
