I redirect signer's questions or concerns to the appropriate person. Communication between the person assigning me the appointment and myself is very important in case of any issues that may arise. After each loan signing, I make sure the documents are scanned and shipped right away through the carrier listed on the instructions. Also, I make sure I obtain a receipt with a tracking number. Having a mobile printer and scanner allows me to obtain and return any documents as needed in a timely manner. This, I believe, helps set me apart from other loan signing agents.
