Scan backs and SAME DAY drops are my priority in addition to offering excellent customer service to your customers.

I live only minutes from our capital and enjoy doing Apostille work.

I have been an active signing agent since 2022 and love what I do.

I pay attention to the following details during the entire loan closing process. This includes:

* Borrower(s) given a printed copy (not double side printed or emailed)
* Scans of docs provided when requested
* Administration of Oath
* Only borrowers sign the NOTE
* Signers recorded in logbook
* Notarizations performed in-person
* Respect for signers' culture
* Fill out and signing Patriot ACT

All docs shipped out on time. The best part about working with me is that I am fully open to performing closings outside of traditional working hours and on weekends. Additionally, I have no issues with meeting the customer at a location that is comfortable for them (home, library, church).
