Since 2015, I have been a full-time real estate professional with extensive expertise in various aspects of the industry. As a proficient Notary Public and Loan Signing Agent, I handle a wide range of notary work and real estate loan documents, including purchase closings, HELOCs, seller packages, commercial closings, refinances, loan modifications, and loan assumptions. I am certified through the National Notary Association (NNA).

In addition to my real estate work, I own Elko Abstracting LLC, a small abstracting company that offers title abstracting services. My services include full 60-year title searches, current owner searches, two-owner searches, title bringdowns, and judgment, mortgage, and lien searches.

I am also a licensed Title Agent in Johnstown, PA, where I issue title insurance policies and provide closing and settlement services for both residential and commercial purchases and refinances.
