I specialize in loan signings, including mortgage closings, refinance loans, HELOCs, deeds of trust, loan modifications, and other real estate documents, while also providing general notary services, wills, powers of attorney, affidavits, acknowledgments, jurats, and more. I have completed my Notary Signing Agent training and am currently completing my Remote Online Notarization (RON) certification to expand the convenience and flexibility I can offer my clients.

For your peace of mind, I carry $100,000 in Errors & Omissions Insurance, maintain a $25,000 surety bond through Merchants National Bonding, Inc., and have successfully passed a National Notary Association background screening.
