I'm a new notary public in the state of Pa. and have completed my LSS Credentials, Currently awaiting my NNA certificate which should arrive soon. Although I'm new to Notarization I however have been a Licensed Realtor for over 26 years with a vast knowledge of closing documents and Lender instructions , and the importance of 'THE TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE CLAUSE ".
I also have lending knowledge of loan types such as , "REFINANCES", 'HEA'S AGREEMENTS ", REVERSE MORGAGE", AND BUYER/SELLER PACKAGES " to name a few.
Having worked with Buyers /Sellers for 26 years I have mastered great and professional communication skills , attention to details to avoid any missed signatures/Initials and assuring the date is correct on all documents.
I am fully bonded and insured and have a 26 year track record of never once having any disciplinary actions filed against me.
I truly believe my experience In Real Estate including the familiarization of settlement/closings will be a great asset to my new Mobile Notary Company.
