There’s no way to hide it—I’m new at being a signing agent, but I’m punctual, cordial, and efficient! If you call me during my business hours, I’ll answer! If you text or email me, I will respond. I’ve been a Notary previously, however, I am new to this endeavor! I also have prior background in this career endeavor, as I have had my PA Real Estate License since 2006 to current, provided Notary services and worked as an Underwriter to a Hard Money Lender in Texas and I also own my own Construction Business called MEPB Construction Solutions LLC. I plan to go into this head first and work as many hours as I can. It also is no secret to my colleagues, friends, family, etc that I do not know how to stop working. It is rare that I am not emailing, texting etc my current customers or jobs that I am trying to land late in the evenings. My motto has always been, “love what you do, do what you love!” Life is way to short to not wake up every morning wanting to execute your job responsibilities for the day and not look at your job as a task. I am a firm believer in being great at what I do, loving what I do, taking pride in what I do, completing each task with 150% effort and to the best of my ability and as always, ensure my customers are always satisfied and will return for future services if needed.

I am very fluent and a genious at the computer and technology. I can assure you that I have anything from printers to scanners to pads of paper. Rest assured that if you are my client, I will be sure to provide efficient, precise, dependable and satisfactory service to you always!

Due to my past experience, both in training and on my own, I have reviewed documents for refinance loans, home equity loans, and reverse mortgages.

I recognize that you need updates from me at certain points and, I’ll do my best to ensure you get them. I am not afraid to call you if I have a question. Finally, If I make a mistake, I’ll take care of it immediately.
