I’m a mobile notary public with over 1 year experience notarizing home equity related documents (refinance and HELOC) and am working toward my signing agent certification. I have passed a background check and can provide the documentation. I can notarize all documents except for PA titles since I am not a messenger for PennDOT. I need documents available at least 24 hours prior to signing appointments. My availability is 6pm-9pm Mon-Fri; 9am-6pm Saturday and 12pm-6pm Sunday.
