I have many years of experience in the mortgage industry and notary and a NNA certified Loan Signing Agent. I was a notary in Virginia and became a notary again for Pennsylvania. I'm mobile and very professional. I'm also a contract Field Agent that will complete the assignment asap. I can take photos of commercial properties and send back updated reports. I can cover the Philadelphia, Montgomery, and Bucks Counties area. I have completed hundreds of closings for title companies such as refinance, purchases, seller documents etc. I have notarized numerous documents for POA's, verification of addresses, 401k, assignment of mortgages, satisfactions and many more. In addition I have years of experience in Field Service Inspections since 2013 been a field service agent with Nationwide MSI for many years such as door knocks inspections inside and outside of commercial or residential areas taking photos interviewing owners or managers. I also have experience in Process Server again with door knocks delivery documents to the person that’s intended for.
