I am an experienced Pennsylvania Notary Public and Notary Signing Agent, commissioned since 2008, with extensive experience handling mortgage, real estate, legal, estate planning, and general notarial documents.

Over the years, I have completed thousands of notarizations and signing appointments for individuals, attorneys, title and escrow companies, lenders, signing services, and other professionals. My signing experience includes purchases, refinances, HELOCs, seller packages, deeds and property transfers, reverse mortgages, loan modifications, powers of attorney, estate planning documents, affidavits, and other legal and business documents. I am experienced with printing large document packages, completing required scanbacks, securely handling documents, and meeting shipping and return deadlines.

I take pride in thoroughly reviewing completed packages before leaving an appointment to help prevent missed signatures, dates, initials, or notarial certificates. Every assignment is handled professionally, confidentially, and with respect for the signer and the hiring company.

I provide mobile notary and signing services throughout Philadelphia and surrounding areas of Delaware, Montgomery, Bucks, and Chester Counties. I am also authorized to perform Remote Online Notarization (RON) and In-Person Electronic Notarization (IPEN) in Pennsylvania.
