I triple check all documents thoroughly for signatures, initials and dates to make sure they are completely filled out. Same day delivery will always be a priority and things like smudges on papers or cut off documents are unacceptable for me. All the documents you give me will be returned promptly and on time as soon as the signing is finished.
I also notarize annuity signing paperwork, loan applications, divorce paperwork, wills and POA's. And when I have time I fit property inspections !
I am confident in explaining all documents to buyers and sellers and even educate realtors with information they may not be confident in concerning transactions.
