I have been a loan officer, underwriter, short sales specialist, HUD Closing Specialist, preparing closing documents for notary/signing agents and I was a REO (Real Estate Owned) Recorder of Deeds Specialist, required to proof the notarized documents received back from signing agents for accuracy before sending those executed documents to their prospective county clerks for deed recording.
