I am a new NNA Certified Mobile Loan Signing Agent /General Agent Notary and have over 30 years of experience in Customer and Sales Services. I have assisted the CEO of the company I worked for in all aspects of Insurance /Mortgage/ Real Estate daily activities. I am a hard worker, very professional, and punctual. I have the knowledge and skills to quickly learn the specific demands of this position and apply them toward the success of your company.

My responsibilities included managing the CEO’s calendar, preparing correspondence, billing expenses, coordinating appointments, and all general administrative duties as needed. I renewed Commercial and Residential insurance, reviewed the details of complaints, and addressed any discrepancies with the City, State, and IRS that arose on any new home mortgages. I provided sales support within the mortgage company and worked side by side with the Title Insurance Companies to prepare title searches, deed transfers, and mortgage releases.

I also worked with the City of Philadelphia to resolve any liens, judgments, violations, and U&O for lenders on payoffs and ensured that all of my clients met their deadlines for settlements. I am very good at handling multiple things at once, and I am looking forward to starting this new chapter of my career.
