💰 Fee Schedule
State-Regulated Notarial Fees (per 4 Pa. Code § 161.1)
Acknowledgment — $5.00 per signature
Additional signer on same document — $2.00 each
Oath or affirmation — $5.00 per individual
Certified copy — $5.00 per copy

Mobile & Professional Service Fees
(Permitted under Pennsylvania law as separate, non-notarial charges)
Travel / Mileage / Time Fee: $160 flat rate (includes up to 20 miles)
⤷ Additional mileage billed at $0.35 per mile or $5 flat whichever is greater

After-Hours Premium: $100 (appointments after 6 PM)
Weekend Premium: $200 (Saturday or Sunday appointments)

Printing / Scanning / Courier / Drop-Off: $10 service + $1.50 administrative fee
Professional Loan Signing Package: $200
