I became a Notary Public in the state of Pennsylvania over 20 yrs ago. I've been a Realtor since 1979. I was employed by the City of Philadelphia as a Real Estate Specialist at the Housing Development Corporation and as a Housing Development Officer & Notary for 10yrs at the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Philadelphia. I have attended settlements and notarized documents, explained documents, conveyancing for Weichert Realtors.
