I am a NNA certified notary based in Philadelphia, PA (19104) that is meticulous in my signing. As a loan signing agent, I understand that I am an extension of the escrow/title company’s professionalism and knowledge of the loan documents. Therefore, I will do my best to not miss signatures, initials, dates, and any forms that need to be filled out as I know that it could potentially lead to a delayed closing, re-sign, or missed rate lock.

After a signing, I will scan back the documents if needed and promptly return the loan docs on the same day or as soon as possible through FedEx or in person if needed. I am punctual to my appointments and if a mistake or error happens to be made, I will immediately fix my mistakes. I will triple check all documents prior to finishing the signing.
