I'm available 24/7, will do last minute signings. I've never been late to an appointment. I will make sure to stay in contact with all parties before during and after the closing. I make sure to patiently walk the signer through making sure all forms are filled out completely and properly. I'll take accountability for fixing any errors immediately.
I do scanbacks when required and will get the documents back asap
