I have never missed a signature, and I've developed a personal quality assurance method that safeguards my work, should I miss something after my third document check. You'll never get a borrower's signature on the "I wish to cancel" line of the Notice of Right to Cancel unless they really mean it. And dates will be adjusted when necessary unless directed otherwise.

If I make any mistakes or miss any signatures for documents issued to me, I do not charge an extra fee to travel to the signer to make corrections. And I will make those corrections promptly (same day, or early next morning).
