I am retired from corporate America with over 30 years of customer service as well as having a pleasant experience working at a title and settlement company here in Pittsburgh. I can multi task; and I am organized and dependable. I pay attention to detail and will go above and beyond to completion. I will not offer advice to any client and will remain focused on the task at hand.
Although I have only held my commission a few months, I have processed multiple states closing documents in the past. My job at the title company was to assure all aspects of the documents were in order and the buyer’s signatures were appended correctly. I rechecked and calculated all dollar amounts on the HUD to adhere to that states fee regulation before the checks were ordered and mailed out.
My signing fee is negotiable, giving Snap Docs an advantage in order to gain confidence in me. I strongly believe in being a team player, and negotiating my fee is only fair if I want to be notified for signings.
I take my commission very seriously. It is my goal and responsibility to protect myself and the lender by doing a thorough job. I further intend to perform professionally while representing Snap Docs.
