As far as our collective experience, we stepped into the business in December 2014 as Real Estate investors and Banking Professionals where we were trained and educated on Real Estate Settlement documents. We walked into the Banking and Real Estate industries with 12+ years experience in Customer Service, Management, and the Hospitality industry.
We enjoy meeting new people and are very personable. We pride ourselves on being top notch conflict resolvers, communicators and people who make time management a priority. Since 2014, we have signed about 1,000 loans such as (but not limited to) Refinances, Sale and Purchase Transactions, Commercial Transactions, Home Equity Lines of Credit, Reverse Mortgages, Loan Modifications, & Deed Packages.
We are dual commissioned in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. For Pennsylvania, we serve Philadelphia, Montgomery, Bucks, Delaware & Chester counties (will go further if it makes financial sense). For New Jersey, we serve Burlington, Camden, Gloucester and Mercer counties (will go further if it makes financial sense).
