I go over each document to ensure the borrower has properly filled out their portions, and that signatures, dates, and initials are complete. I triple-check key documents such as the PCOR and Notice of Right to Cancel.

If there is a rare occasion where a mistake is made, I will stop what I am doing and fix it for you ASAP.
