I have been a mobile Notary Public since 8/19/1998, taking my services to nursing homes, hospitals, residences & neutral locations. I have witnessed over 7000 signings, (conventional refi, VA, REO, purchase signings, reverse mtg, HELOCs, FHA/HUD/ e-sign, loan modifications, debt settlements, HELOC investments & foreclosures). Complete yearly background check from NNA, as required under the Gramm-Leach- Bliley Act. I am insured, bonded, trained & an NNA Certified Signing Agent & carry Notary Signing Agent E & O Insurance. Basic Notarial duties with office hours that are by appointment only; My hours as Signing Agent are 7 days, 6am-11:59pm. I cover Wayne, Lackawanna, Luzerne, Pike, Susquehanna, Wyoming, Sullivan, Tioga, Bradford, Columbia & Monroe counties & portions Carbon & Northampton counties. Counties are only limited by the State borders & your willingness to pay for my services, long distance. Laser printer, high speed internet connection & smart phone. I do have a laser printer, laptop, scanner & printer to take on the road as needed. I am a current member of the Pennsylvania Association of Notaries. Charges for my services as a Signing Agent will be discussed on a case-by-case basis, as I am in a very rural area. I believe in being fair & being fairly compensated. Jobs are never assigned to another Notary, as I do NOT have employees, so there is no worry about who will be sent to complete the job. Friendly, knowledgeable & professional service.
