I have been a licensed real estate agent in the Commonwealth of PA since 1999. Over my 21 year career I have worked as a closing coordinator, Realtor, Property Manager, management in a real estate brokerage, loan officer assistant, and in-house loan originator for Fulton Mortgage working all employee refinances. I have also worked part-time on an as needed basis for a local title company. I have extensive knowledge of loan documents, including Mortgages, Notes, applications, settlement sheets, closing disclosures, etc.
