As a Notary Signing Agent, I understand that an incomplete signing or a signing full of errors can cost a mortgage officer a rate lock, a buyer to miss a closing, develop an unnecessary funding condition, or can cause a frustrating day for everybody involved in the most crucial process.

That is why I don’t ever miss any signatures, dates and or initials. As part of my main duties, I must be impartial and also knowledgeable. Meaning, I make sure your signer knows what they are signing by guiding them in any loan and disclosure documents.

Also included as part of my service, all of the forms will come back completely filled out, whether that be the PCOR forms, Statement of Information, Trust certification, or Disbursements of proceeds.
