Above and beyond in the past for me - has been i never leave the closing table without attempting to find a resolution for the borrowers with the loan officer, taking my laptop and printer along when power went out due to a local storm to finish printing docs, and meeting borrowers at separate locations to sign for their convenience or personality differences.
