I am in my third Commission covering York and Adam counties in a 15 mile radius. I have experience in all types of loans and applications and have served as Lead Loan Agent for a National bank which also included training staff. Although I am not fluent in Spanish, I do speak, read and write basic Spanish. I am also a former Housing Counselor for York County, PA with 2 years experience teaching the English and Spanish classes for first time home buyers. With my experience please note that if you contract with One on 1 Accounting & Consulting Services we require documents 2.5 hours prior to scheduled appointments otherwise an additional $25.00 incovenience fee is charged to Contractor, if you solicit a signing with No Scanbacks but then submit a Lender that requires Scan Backs no matter what then an additional $35.00 scanback fee is charged to the Contractor.
