Greetings! I became a Notary Public in 2020 to help the Real Estate & Title office I was working out service clients outside the office space. This quickly turned into working for the settlement agency full time where I saw over closings of all kinds including Refi's, Conventions, HUD, PHFA, Cash, Helco, etc). I work a full time job Monday through Friday from 8 to 430 though if there is something close enough I can make moves through the day. I live near I83, Rt30 which makes travel easy to Harrisburg, Lancaster, Gettysburg, and Shrewsbury.
