I am multi-certified. ONE MILLION in Professional Liability with PA's required 10k surety bond, $500k in auto coverage, NNA Certified and Background Screened, NSA Blueprint & Notarize certified. I specialize only in REAL ESTATE closings. I am RON/IPEN certified and have all platform/equipment at the ready.

My territory is 40 miles MAX one-way during business hours 8:00 am to 6:00 PM M-F from my York, PA zip code 17403. That means I will cover portions of York, Lancaster, Lebanon, Dauphin, Cumberland & Adams' counties. Saturdays by appointment only and No Sunday business hours. I can accept same day appointments if my schedule allows.

I will do 24 hour RON services by appointment, but not In-Person. Any closings after my business hours are subject to a FLAT FEE of $300 or more for accommodating all parties outside of all normal business hours.
