I have been operating as a Notary Public for seven years and a loan signing Agent for the last three years. I work throughout the counties and towns in the State of South Carolina and Georgia, completing Loan Modification, Quick-claim/Grant Deeds, Loan Refinancing and many other documents; such as completing full loan packages which have included 4056-T, PCOR and TRID/CD forms. Key Responsibilities –
• Review and endorse, when appropriate, documents/affidavits requiring execution by a Notary Public on behalf of a third party.
• Confirm all documents/affidavits/pleadings have been executed and notarized properly based on state guidelines.
• Maintain a notary journal of all official acts.
• Administer oaths as needed and as required.
• Preform Marriage ceremonies
• Maintain knowledge of current State policies and procedures and apply as necessary in appropriate circumstances. Keeping update on any recent changes within NNA.
• Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations.
• Verify and examined information for accuracy of loan application and closing documents
• Helping to prevent fraud by witnessing the signature
