In addition, I am available for short term contract paralegal opportunities with individual attorneys or law firms.

* All fees are to be quoted.

* Increased fees apply for travel more than 25 miles from zip code 29902.

* Advance appointments are highly recommended. Same day appointment requests are subject to an upcharge.

* Loan signing services may be required to provide a portion of the overall fee in advance of services rendered.

* Any scan backs requested by loan signing services are limited to 100 pages. Additional pages are $1.00 per page.

* Loan applications are billed at full rate, regardless if there is a failure to sign.

* Wait times longer than 15 minutes are billed in increments of $25.00 / each 15 minutes.
