Being a Notary Public, I hold a public office that is part of an important documentation process which protects signers and ensures the integrity of their documents. As a Notary I play a very important part n making sure that the right person signed the document. Doing my job well I am a deterrent to fraud and other criminal activity. As a mobile notary and/or notary signing agent, I use my commission more often and I handle a great amount of various documents and notarization. Being a notary signing agent, I am an independent contractor that promises that all loan documents are signed by the borrower, notarized, and returned for processing.
